At First Class Airport Ride, we understand that travel plans can change.

Free Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a partial charge.

Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in the full fare being non-refundable.

Changes to Bookings
We will do our best to accommodate booking changes when requested in advance, but changes are subject to availability.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
